Herp Derp; Tags In Comments Don't Register.

I just noticed, after making a few #tags in a #comment – and then #wanting to see if anyone else #tagged the same #term – Tags from within a comment don't register anywhere. So, if you've #tagged #chocolate but, only in the #comments, your #tag
