Should we stay or should we go?
I’m having a bit of a dilemma here. We bought the house where we now live as it was the most convenient place for both my and my partner’s work (and it has a decent-sized garden), but since we moved here seven years ago I have switched to worki

Counting butterflies
Last year I first heard about the ‘Big Butterfly Count’ organised by the charity ‘Butterfly Conservation’ and made a rather half-hearted attempt, but this year I decided I would make more of an effort. All you have to do is choose a

Waiting for a dog to go to the toilet!
In January we became puppy socialisers for the charity ‘Dogs for the Disabled’. Our main role is to get him used to a normal family life and introduce him to plenty of experiences, along with some basic training. One of the key issues though is

Vintage 'upcycling'
They say there is nothing new under the sun: certainly it often seems that way with human behaviour. Currently ‘upcycling’ is the trendy thing but obviously that isn’t new either. Back in the days when fabric shopping bags were not just a

Do you get virus warnings from this site?
Often when I come to PersonaPaper, I get a pop-up warning from my Avast anti-virus program to tell me that a threat has been averted. Sometimes I get this several times in a row when I go from one page to another. Has anyone else had anything like this?
