Which Meal of The Day Is Most Important
Now here is my weakness. I do not know which meal of the day I should treat with the most importance. I normally take a heavy supper so that I sleep like a baby on a full stomach. In the morning, I also feed heavily. Now I wonder if am doing right. It is drastic if I take a heavy lunch as I will doze on my job. Any slight rest and my eyes be one heavy with sleep and I nap. I disturb my fellow workers to wake me all the time. I will have to skip lunch completely. It was good when I was doing OMAD and had only one meal a day. Help me understand the most important meal of the day.
Supper or Dinner

I would vote for the evening meal as being most important. While all meals are important, as long as adults get one meal a day, you are doing well. I do not apply this to children. They need several meals a day, to keep them growing strong.

There was a time I thought dinner or supper should be light. My reason is you are about to rest and it is not good to do on a heavy stomach. Breakfast should be heavy to give you energy to work. I think it is the most important thing.1

Yes, that is a good argument. Certainly weightlifters would say "breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper".

I think all meals are important and I think you should eat a balanced meal, each meal. Eat moderately each time, enough to feed your hunger, not too little that you still feel hungry but now so much that you want to throw up because your stomach is full to the brim. I think what is important is how you feel, if you eat a little and still feel hungry, you will feel miserable and same goes if you eat too much and feel heavy or bloated, then you also won't feel good, so I think eating the right amount each time is what is right.
