This is a digital world. Everything is digitalised. Our children are digital too. They have a right to a smartphone. They can play games on the smartphone. Children can see videos in the phone. They can learn using the mobile phone. Actually great lessons are on the phone. Children can use the smartphone to call their parents and be called on a smartphone. Unluckily, there are dirty videos on the smartphones. Children can concentrate on the I'll and forget their lessons. These are odds against the ends
I approve as my seven year old has a right to a smartphone
I disapprove, seven years is a young age

A 7-year old can use a phone for games but it is better that they do not use it for phone calls and that the parent keeps a sharp eye on it in case they find something they should not see.
