What do you do when you ate stressed or extremely sad?
Movies portray the emotionally suffering as people who stuff their faces or as miserable beings who cry all day. Although this is true in some cases, I am sure there are many other ways to deal with pain, grief or anger. I know and admire someone who channels their emotions into sport. I, on the other hand, find my comfort in writing or singing. Even though these acts do not take away the pain or solve the problem, it somehow eases the pain and helps us feel better and forget, even if it is only for ten minutes. What is your release?
