What Personal Prop From A WWE Superstar Would You Want To Have... match and why?

Just curious my fellow PPers. I'm a big fan as far as I can remember. I still watch pay per views and some of the regular wrestling programs nowadays and I was watching an old ppv and this got me thinking.

Back in the day, I would definitely want to have 's 2 x 4. That was a mean accessory to have. A hit in the head or at the stomach with that 2 x 4 would be the end of the match for the unfortunate recipient. Of course, if done in front of the referee, that will be an automatic disqualification but really can't remember a lot of matches that hacksaw used his 2 x 4 and he was disqualified because of it. Must be because he was a and the good guys always prevailed by sticking to the 'rules'.

Another one that I want to have are the chains of . Of course, wore chains but he never really used it in a match. Hercules used his chains and wrapped it around his forearm and struck with it in their . Billy was cut open and bleeding from the forehead. Back in the day, all this looked real to me. LOL!

Currently though, my favorite is 's . It looks cool to lug around and has come in handy during his attacks on other WWE superstars. Regardless if he retrieves the trusty sledge hammer from under the ring or it he gets this (usually planted and taped) from under a table, the mayhem that ensures is sure and the hapless wrestler that gets the sledge hammer is left battered, bruised, and bloodied on the ring.

Feel free to chime in my fellow PPers. Cheers!!!

I am sorry allen0187 I tag Loudman in error. It should have been your name below, my mistake.

I don't follow wrestling, but some of the injuries definitely ARE real--you really can't avoid it with all those physical stunts. We had a big wrestling event in Greensboro when I was working in Room Service at the Marriott, and I took an order to Vampiro, whose eye had been injured pretty badly by a blow to the face. His eye socket had been broken and his eye was badly swollen. I got him some ice for it, but there was little else I could do. He told me that people get hurt all the time, and people who say "It's not real" don't realize that. I really wonder if we should be letting kids watch that stuff, especially because they don't KNOW it's not real, as you didn't when you were a kid. Violence should be appalling, not entertaining! (On the other hand, I love a well-choreographed fight scene...dang, I'm such an American.)

No worries man! No harm done. LOL! Curious to know what sport you follow nbaquero .

Wow! Vampiro! That's a name I haven't heard in awhile. Yeah, I see your point about kids and violence. I do think that the wrestling companies have taken serious steps in ensuring that their audience, especially the kids, know that their wrestlers are trained professionals and what they do can result in injuries if not done properly.

LOL at your last statement.

LOL, yeah, I didn't want it to sound preachy when I'm as guilty as the next guy :D

allen0187 I am a big football (soccer) fan, I just had the best time following the World Cup on TV, I like sports in general but football is my first preference.

I think if I had any WWE memorabilia, I'd sell it. Thanks for this submission to the contest.

I'm a football fan myself. Recently joined both a football and futsal tournament. I'm looking to improve my skills and so far I'm happy with my progress.

Gladly. It would take one incredibly long post to tell all the reasons why I'm happy to. And then, it would only sound like bragadoccio. So, I won't. :)
