Riders walked to safety after roller coaster loses power

At my age, I wouldn't even get on a roller coaster anymore, but I used to really enjoy riding them. However, if this happened to me, I would never get on another one again. At the Six Flags park in Jackson, New Jersey, the 9th fastest roller coaster in the country lost power while it was climbing up the first incline. Now remember, this was at 230 ft. in the air.

Riding this roller coaster would be naturally exciting and scary. However, what if the thing stopped and you were stuck up there and had to be walked down by the park personnel. Not me!!

This is exactly what happened on the Nitro in New Jersey amusement park. I can't imagine having to walk down the coaster much less riding the darn thing.

What about you? Do you like roller coasters?

Oh, that would be so scary for me if that happened. But, I will not ever be on a roller coaster, so do not need to worry about it.

I'd love to go on one more. This sounds like a great premise for a book. Heck, maybe even a movie.

Now that's why I don't go near that stuff. Feet, ground, good. :)
