Which Category of Topic Can Attract People

I guess some of you already be an author for quite some time. I am actively using posting site for about six months. But this is only my second month in persona paper.

Every site have their different way. Which category you think can attract people the most in persona paper?

Besides of bubblews, what else you think is a hot topic which can attract readers?

I know from some PP mates that topic which teaching people is quite a good topic to attract viewer. What i understand is recipe, how to bake a cake? How to do online marketing and etc.

What happen to those who don't have their strength to teach like me?

I am trying to post some post to teach something but after 1 week, i realize that my knowledge is not enough to teach.

I posted some articles regards sport but the respond is not as good as bubblews.

I also posted article regard news and the respond also not as good as bubblews.

I start to agree that bubblews is a hot topic to attract people but there are many readers are complaining that there are too many posts regards bubblews here.

So, WHAT SHOULD I DO?!!

*Don't worry. I am not shouting for that, hehe*

I have never gone by what posts attract attention. I just write. You should have ,many interests and that way there will be atleast some who would get attracted to your posts.

I think there is no best category, just write good articles with interesting titles and make sure the titles match your content, if you write about something you are really passionate about or something you know a lot about it will be more interesting to others.

The secret formula is, there is no secret formula. The Ultimate Topic is that which you write the best.

I agree with the comments here: just write and be true to yourself.

What do you like talking about: write it. What do you love? write it. Sometimes we look to see what is popular because deep down we want "money" or reward. Yet, the money and rewards will come, later, when you're doing what you love.

I'd recommend visiting the different topics and if something inside of you says: I know something about that or I have some experience with that, then write it. That's the beauty of writing; it's having a conversation; only with text as a tool you can always go back and change it, make it better, express thoughts more clearly. When you're just starting out, you feel rusty. But, you'll get better. So don't be hard on yourself and set goals that can make you tense up and you'll do fine.

I got long winded: but the best topic is you, your ideas, your thoughts, your opinions, your advice, your shared experiences, your dreams, your favorite things and people. There are so many ways to express who you are under each topic. It's not the topic that's important; but how you relate to that topic.

Oh and by the way, I noticed you took that picture; that's a topic many would like to know about; and depending on the details about that picture. it's sure to fit under a topic you're interested in.

Persona Paper is nowhere near the size of Bubblews, so please don't be discouraged if the traffic here is much smaller. With time it will grow!

But it's also important to understand that many people are spoiled on Bubblews. Content that anywhere else would get little traffic brings in big rewards on Bubblews, and in good part that's because of the enormous amount of artificial traffic (serial likers, link exchanges, etc.) on that site.

If your content doesn't perform elsewhere, it's probably getting a lot of that artificial traffic on Bubblews. To succeed on other sites, your best bet is to learn how to craft a well written, evergreen post and to keep posting consistently. As this site grows and gains more clout, our older content will serve us well. But the investment here is for the long term.

One thing I would advise is that you not limit your scope of inquiry to this site, or to any of the sites you write for. If you want to learn more about the art of web writing, then you must read everything you can find about how to write well, about SEO, about the difference between seasonal or trending topics and evergreen content, etc. You can't just expect to ask for advice here and suddenly see a miraculous change in your page views. That takes time and hard work.

I have some interests but sometimes i feel like my interests can't attract much people. But i feel that your are right. Just write and don't care of anything. Just be ourselves.

I have some hobbies but i am not really expert. But there is one thing i have confidence. I like history, history about China, Persia. Babylon and etc. But i am not sure whether this can attract people because as i know many people don't like history.

I never choose a category I just write on what am passionate about and my interests, when it comes to reading, I love diversity because I get to learn on different things and issues

cinnafire wrote on July 31, 2014, 1:23 PM

I just wrote an article on how to do multiple columns here... even had colors in it. I thought for sure that would have done well. Or at least better than it has so far.

SheenaDJ wrote on July 31, 2014, 2:53 PM

Just post whatever article that you want. Your interests, just be yourself. No need to be like other people here. Not needed to really be on trend. See? It's not meant but you've attracted a lot of readers here and this post is at the popular section already. Congrats and keep it up! :)

cm_ang83 I think you will find your niche if your write about things that you are passionate about, things that you enjoy. Don't look for a particular subject beyond your expertise or experiences, you will need a lot of time to try to master those, and thus you won't be able to add your own flavor, which at the end I think is what naturally attracts people. Good Luck.
