Bubble Woes Continues

I am really tired of seeing posts that are meant for other websites. This website is not the bubblews review or complaint site and the members here are not called bubblers either. If my website is abused in this manner, I may be forced to remove posts about ‘that’ website and delete the accounts of the members concerned.

If you have posted anything about ’that’ website, please delete them. If you are obsessed with ‘that’ website, you can very well write ‘there’ and not here. It makes this good website look bad.

The moment I read the above, I was shocked. For a minute, I could not make out whether it is a warning again from MaeLou or it is also a humor like the earlier post? Just then, I woke up from my slumber and realised that it is not from MaeLou but from the other website that allows members to post any article.

I dont' know why, but this makes me smile a little bit. Not sure where this came from, but it is an interesting take on the situation.

I also sent you an email.

Hi elitecodex,
As per your instructions in the email,, I have edited the post and now it is 673 characters. Now, I hope it will suffice your requirement. Regarding the site or a name/username of who said it(as per your email),,I.have mentioned it in the last three words of my post. I think anybody can easily decipher that site. And the 'concerned' post is also available on the site and posted by the owner of that site. When I read that post in my slumber and then realized the fact, I just want to give it a humorous twist and make it as a post as previously done by MaeLou. I think, this clarifies the things. If you still do not like the post, you can remove it. In future I won't write such posts. Thank you.

In all honestly I feel it's bad tastes and character for people to write about other sites on a site they are writing. I personally hate reading posts about Bubblews and/or any other site that I'm on if I'm NOT in THAT specified site. I left a site for that too.

What article are you talking about in this post? I don't think I've seen that article but I'm new here so maybe I just missed it. Or are you talking about another article from another site? If so, what article is that?

If a website allows its members to post any kind of article as long as it is within the site's rules and terms, I don't think they should be restricted in the topics that they can write about. People should have the freedom to post about whatever they want as long as it's not against the site's rules and terms.

Great principles. Please keep it up.

I am talking about another article from another site and that article is about asking/warning members from posting anything about that other "B" site.

The post may have more characters but quotes do not count, therefore, outside of the quoted content that you took, you need to have an additional 500 words of commentary, otherwise, it is considered plagiarism.

As far as making it sound like me... I would never be that unprofessional - or at least, I would like to think I wouldn't be.

I have to admit that I am a little bit confused.

midastouch wrote on July 28, 2014, 9:53 PM

I have said it before
and I think it is worth repeating here
let issues of bubblews or any other site for that matter be left to those sites
let issues of Persona Paper be left here for PP handlers
it's no longer funny reading about bubblews woes here on pp
that's even creating more advert for bubblews as many kind hearted persons may want to head there to see how they can assist solve their challenges (lol)
I think elitecodex , and MaeLou really need to make a decision on that matter!!!
point made!!!!

Good points. Intelligent points. keep it up.

FreyaYuki wrote on July 29, 2014, 8:56 AM

Oh. I see. Could you mention the title of that article or who wrote it? So, you mean that article isn't posted here but it's posted in some other site and it's about asking the members of that site not to write about another site? Is that right?

FreyaYuki wrote on July 29, 2014, 9:06 AM

Me too, which was why I asked about it in my comment. It looks like it's about an article posted somewhere else that is asking its members not to write about another website.

anand wrote on July 29, 2014, 11:48 AM

Yes. You are right.

anand wrote on July 29, 2014, 11:50 AM

I think now your confusion might be over.

I agree. People should learn how to respect and develop proper manners. It's like going to McDonald's and ordering food from a different fast food chain.

chatombreux wrote on July 30, 2014, 12:13 AM

There aren't that many restrictions here, either, other than content be relevant. While posts about competing sites can become obsessive and EXcessive, I doubt they should be banned. I'm not sure why someone not part of admin would even say such a thing as though they had the authority. That's pretty resumptive on their part.

chatombreux wrote on July 30, 2014, 12:16 AM

Presumptive. oops.

cm_ang83 wrote on July 30, 2014, 2:40 AM

I already stop posting about bubblews here. Sometimes i feel like want to post and i think it's no point we post here. Our problems are not solved.
