Cant sleep-too hot :(

Its 1.3oam and i have just got back up out of bed, im too hot, i cant sleep like this.

I feel like my whole head is in Jamaica whilst the rest of my body is a little warm but not too hot.

Ive been hot like this for a few hours now and i cant cool myself down.

Not feeling ill with it but i did just finish antibiotics a few days ago for a lung infection that i had so i hope it isn't that coming back and this could be a temperature.

I'm sat with three cold damp face flannels on my forehead, front of neck and around the back of my neck but it still isn't cooling me down.

I sat outside for a bit as well and even that didn't help, looks like i have a long night ahead of me emoticon

maybe?

Why not take a nice cool shower? Maybe that will make you feel better and will help you fall asleep?

i didnt get to sleep til 4 am and was up at 6am grrr, still feeling a little hot but not as hot as i was.
the experiment is a every night thing so ill be trying to do it every night as i find it fascinating, only thing i dreamed of last night was getting a taxi to the hospital with a mate, weird.
hopefully i get more sleep tonight lol

I am so sorry that you had such a miserable time.... I pray for your relief now and in the days to come.
