One Hour of Exercise for an out-of-Shape Guy

Two hours ago, I rode my bicycle to a major park in Miami Springs, Florida to get a quick workout. I started out with twelve minutes of jogging to condition my body for some chin-ups and push-ups. Since I am out of shape, I used a stoop to help me do the chin-up exercise. I was able to do a maximum of three chin-ups without using the stool and five of them using the stool. I performed five sets of these types of chin-ups. I did three sets of push-ups: two sets of twenty and one set of ten. After doing the push-ups and pull-ups, I jogged again for twenty-two minutes. After jogging, I rode my bicycle for fifteen minutes and then went home.
The exercises that I did today would not be considered intense for someone used to working out. However, I am out of shape and have been doing this for only two weeks. As time goes on, I intend to make my regimen more intense.

Good luck in your fitness regime. I hope to be able to work out again after I get my knee fixed.
