Bubblews is Down for Maintenance. Might Good News be Right Around the Corner?
I've been spending a lot more time here at Persona Paper lately than I have on Bubblews, mostly because I've been working a lot of odd shifts. Today, I decided I should head over there and see what kind of activity my bubbles have been happening and check in with some of my peeps there, but the site is down for maintenance. It says that in black and white, well actually, it's really blue and white mostly, :smile:. I wonder whether this means the site is closer to being completely updated, or whether there is still a long way to go. We won't know until we know. But, we're all being patient aren't we? It's much easier to do that since we can write here while waiting.

Well, they were down for many hours a couple of days ago, and nothing appears to have changed, but it certainly could be a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff. At least this time they are doing it on purpose (I think)!

I don't know if they do it on purpose. Sometimes the site goes down and is down for a while and then the "under maintenance" screen shows up. I think it goes up when someone in the bubblews admin actually notices the site is down. They say it's due to getting prepared for the upgrade. We'll see.

They have had a few down for maintenance for the past couple of days and no changes so far. I am starting to think that when the server is down, they put the maintenance sign up so that we think they are fixing things. I don't know.... I think if they were planning on doing maintenance, they would at the very least notify us of the down time, but it's sudden, which makes me think it's not deliberate.

On the Bubblews Facebook page there are some major changes. A new page theme and a large & prominently displayed. I have no idea what they are doing with that but sure hope they don't say that is a hashtag symbol, which would be totally against current hashtag convention.

they have sent me return emails before, reed . Although none of them concerned payment issues because I've never had any payment issues. I've been paid every time.

I posted on Bubblews during the week even if the site went down several times. I have not a lot of time right now, but I check PersonaPaper every day for new posts.
