Week 1 Physical Activity Challenge Report
After the first week of my physical activity challenge ( read here ). I can report I am ahead of plan by a few points, which is actually encouraging, if I take into account that we had the 4th of July holiday weekend.
According to my plan I have to accrue about 1140 points of physical activity per week (I actually only consider 5 days per week), and on the first week of my challenge I was able to add 1400 points . So I am about 250 points (or about a day) ahead of my goal. It really feels good, but I have to acknowledge that the first week is usually the easiest.
As added note, I saw a couple of interesting challenges from AngelSharum , I think I can incorporate one or two of those later on in my routine. Persona Paper is already having a positive impact in my health
