Can Brazil win now that Neymar is out of the World Cup with fractured vertabra?

In spite of beating Colombia 2 -1 in the Quarter final match, Brazil has lost his superstar Neymar for the rest of the tournament. The brazilian striker left the match in a stretcher after being hit on the back with a knee by colombian defender Camilo Zuniga .

Although, according to the Brazilian team doctor, the injury does not need a surgery, it will need however some time to recover, and thus Neymar will be out for about six weeks.

There has been a lot of controversy about this incident, since for some it was an intentional foul, while for other is was just a fortuitous incident. I was watching the match, and my opinion the Colombian player did not have intention to injure Neymar but was careless when he collided with the Brazilian .

In any event the damage has been done and Neymar is out, diminishing hugely the Brazilian chances of winning their next match against Germany .

What is your opinion on this? FIFA has already indicated the Colombian player will not be punished?

Can Brazil win their match against Germany without Neymar ?
