Looking for a summer get away

Well I can't believe it. After 15 years of living in the same area and being bored every summer as there isn't much to do around here I have convinced my husband to start looking for a little plot of land that we can buy to have a summer home away from home. Up until this point in life he has been pretty happy to stay home and be a couch potato. But after a lot of nagging from me (lol) he has agree to try to find something cheap where we can take a little get away from our regular home.

We aren't going to look for something too big or expensive. Any little plot of land with or without water access wold be great for me. I'm just amazed that he has agreed to this and have already started looking for my little piece of heaven.
