Eating an apple a day is not enough
We often heard that eating fruit everyday is very beneficial for our health. That is true!
But eating only one kind of fruit a day is not enough. We have to eat variety of fruits to get the complete range of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
For instance, to stay healthy we can not just consume an apple everyday, although many people say that eating an apple a day will make you healthy. It is true that apple is good for our health, but the vitamins and antioxidants in apple is not enough to combat all of the free radicals that make damage in our body. We also need other vitamins, minerals and antioxidants from other fruits, such as from orange, kiwi, banana, mango and other fruits.
