Introduction for Kylyssa

I was a florist for eighteen years until lupus made me too sick to work a traditional job. Since I had written articles for magazines, tutorials for students, and ad copy for businesses over the years I decided to try some online writing. It fulfills my emotional need to be useful and it pays the bills. I used to culture and sell or trade saltwater organisms like corals, starfish, plankton, and marine worms to support my saltwater aquarium hobby. At the height of it, I had nine fish tanks of assorted sizes not counting the temporary ones I'd put up to raise fish babies. I moved into an apartment when I broke up with my ex-husband and had to give up all but one large aquarium. I kept a few nice corals, my porcupine puffer, and two other fish. I have needed ways to keep busy and I like to be productive so I have quite a few hobbies. A few of them are drawing, painting, making weird crafts of my own design, writing science fiction, and creating recipes. I love making food for other people and I'm foodie. It would be hard to say what my favorite food is but I think I'd have to say it's fresh, red raspberries. Persona Paper was recommended to me by a writer friend. The look of the site intrigued me so I decided to sign up and see what it's about.

I must say that I'm a huge fan of raspberries too! I don't eat them very often as our season here is really short. Maybe that's why I appreciate them so much :)
