Is it the Money? Yes it is!

As a sudden twist of fate, the once very promising PersonaPaper becomes a deserted land. Why? One simple reason. It is because of the money.

Compensation. Everybody wants to be compensated and makes money. Who wants to exert brain efforts for peanuts? Almost none, except for some rich guys or writing lovers who never need money. The exception is few. But based on my observation, human beings are just like the ants. Where the sugar is, the ants converge. Where the money or gold is, humans gather fast and quick. Remove the money or gold, and they are gone.

I, too writes for the same reason, to earn dollars. You lie to me when you say that it is not your reason? Let's be honest. It is mainly the reason. Of course, as I said earlier, there are some few who don't need the money. They are the few who are just seeking a platform to express themselves, showcase their writing skills, share their lives and nothing more. They are the few that says money is not the issue. "With or without money, I am with you all the way because I love your site." typical statement of these few.

Am I contradicting myself now? If it is my reason why am I writing here? Well, today, I am in the mood to belong with those few who doesn't care about money but just want to write. Maybe just today. But who knows, I may permanently belong to these few individuals. For the love of writing and for the love of this cool site, just write! Let the money take care of itself.

Of COURSE it's about the money. Any struggling artist will tell you that first we wish to create, then for people to see what we create.

Lastly, we wish to earn so that we may continue to create.

I'm staying because I believe in the vision here and foresee a future others may not have been able to wait for, due to the money. Understandable, certainly. Tis okay, if we build it, they will come (back ;) )
