Talents and Looks - A Must?

No. Not really for me.

Talking with a good friend, pudge , he said that most girls nowadays prefer guys with looks and talents. I was like what! That can't be! What's happening with our society? LOL. I still believe it should never come right off as a must. I mean, yeah it can be preferable to have a partner that is pretty/handsome and talented, but it can never be a requirement.

If you happen to like someone, and he/she dismisses you because he/she prefers someone better-looking and more talented than you are, I suggest let him/her go. That person doesn't deserve you at all. Just imagine the horror of being ditched when he/she finds someone better than you in those aspects if ever you become a couple.

Speaking for myself, I never got attracted to someone by looks alone. Even with James Franco, it took me to see him being roasted in a particular show to see how cute he is. Personality, personality and personality. That thing matters most. In fact, I can even get attracted without seeing somebody's face. When someone is funny, sensible and clever enough to sustain a good conversation, I think, I can be pretty attracted to that person. This is not solely for romantic attraction but also for friendly one.
