I'm busy with my work as a customer service representative
It's been 2 weeks and 3 days since my last post here. I'm sorry for not posting here a lot due to my busy schedule as a customer service representative in an online shopping site for fashion dress and shoes based in the United Kingdom. This site caters worldwide. My assignment is to cater customers from USA, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. However, if the chats in the United Kingdom is overflowing and the number of agents is not enough, the customers from the United Kingdom will be flooded also to the agents assigned in USA. Sometimes, we're mad because we're trained for USA customers only. Although, we're trained also for UK customers, however, our tools in communicating with UK customers are limited.
