Technical Issue with work
It's 4:44am (8th of May 2022) here in Manila, Philippines. Later, I'll face my bed to take a nap after my night shift work as a customer service representative in a fashion website. Although, this is based in UK, however, I'm catering US and Canadian customers. I've been working in this fashion website for more than 2 years already, however concentrating for US and Canadian customers only is about 3 months since then. US and Canadian customers for this website is different from UK customers process in assisting specifically checking with their orders and refunds. And about 3 days ago until now, there's a technical issue in the site that some of us receiving UK customers in which most of us almost forgot the process of checking the orders and refunds and we have no access of contacting the carriers. In view of this, it takes time to attend the concerns of UK customers. Hoping the technical issue will fix soon in order for us to completely go back assisting US and Canadian customers.
I'm not against of UK customers, it's just that, our knowledge as of now is for US and Canadian customers only.
