I Should Have Followed My Own Advice
Well I like to think I'm not slower 'n molasses. But sometimes I wonder. Today I wanted to clean up a tiled stool that was painted on its vertical and under surfaces. So I grabbed a bottle of 70% rubbing alcohol (to kill anything that could be on it) and sprayed the piece.
Well the paper towel I began to wipe it with got stuck. After fussing a mite and getting it unstuck, I noticed I had paint on my hand and paint on my trousers. Now if I didn't know better, I wouldn't have been quite as upset as I was. But you see, years ago I wrote this article for eHow (now HomeSteady). Vince, you ninny! Take your own advice! But you know I'll probably do it again... SIGH!
