My Work at Home Projects – Another Update

Not that any of you are interested in what I am doing but I like to leave markers behind for myself to monitor my own progress.

In my last update , I listed several blogging communities and/or forums with income potential that I had joined.

That update was May 13, 2017. Incredible what can happen in a matter of less than month. Working online is so ever-changing.

ForumCoin.com – the owners granted me temporary approval to publish articles. You can earn up to 150 coins for your articles. (500 coins = $5.) It depends on comments received, etc. Not everyone is accepted as an article writer at the site. You have to apply by submitting a writing sample. Of a truth, I was surprised I got approved. This is my 1st article:

Niume.com – NO LONGER a pay per view site, but still standing and the owners are trying to decide how to move forward.

LiteracyBase.com - Received payout once. Not sure, but looks like the site owner disappeared and some ghost party took over. (???) Have not yet deleted my account. Working on it!

Medium.com - republished some more content. The site's reputation continues to grow.

Virily.com - the new kid on the block. The site is 1 year old; based in Estonia. It's interesting. You earn points for various activities: quizzes, list making, posting, commenting, etc. Payout is $10. I'm experimenting and have not made a decision on how much time and effort to devote to this new project.

Postloop.com - Postloop has reopened! Don't know if that's good news for me yet. Joined this site a while back and could not make heads or tails out of it. Gave up and left! At the urging of others, decided to go back and give it a try. Users say you get paid daily. Have never been at any site where the pay was daily. Have you?

Quora.com - Some say this Q & A platform can be used to direct traffic to your websites and blogs. Others have reported success and a phenomenal increase in traffic. I don't have anything to report other than I kind of like the site. There are no monetary incentives but it's good for research.

* That's it for now. Maybe I'll see you in another 3 weeks with more cha … cha … changes. :)

Sad that the days of Demand Media and Yahoo Contributor have fallen by the wayside. Even Suite101 and BrightHub. All were a pleasure. And quite remunerative. Take special note of the R word there. It was a wonderful time.

Demand Media and BrightHub, I never tried. But I was very pleased with being a contributor to YAHOO Voices and Suite101. I do miss them. Yes. I did actually get paid for my work according to the agreement. It was very nice!

I think you might have enjoyed DM at least from the standpoint of money. Many articles -many!- paid $25. Some more.

Don't think people are not interested in these updates. It's inspiring to see that others are working, and it's informative and helpful to let us know what is out there! I thank you for these updates and hope you continue to be active and successful. I'd love to learn more about Postloop when you get some more experience with it. I don't know if you get paid for views on ForumCoin, but I am going to check out your post.

Thank you. I am so glad you said that. I have become active on many make-money-online sites sites, and sign in at Persona Paper, once or twice a month. I do aim to share something worthwhile when I'm here. :)
