Do You See the Bunny?

Saturday I was shopping and although it had been raining when I left for the store, by the time I got back to the car the day had turned sunny and the sky was blue. The weather was so beautiful, after days of rain, that I could not resist stopping on the way home to walk the river trail and get a few photos I walked about a mile and a half and I got very tired, but I was glad I did it. I needed the contact with nature again after being confined for almost a month, first with the flu, and then by rain.
During one part of the walk, the shrubs seemed to be chirping and the birds were hopping along the ground everywhere. So were the bunnies. I wanted photos, but neither birds nor bunnies wanted to stay still and pose for me. I could hear them in the brush, but I could not always see them. Their natural coloring camouflaged them so they were almost invisible. Can you find the bunny in the first photo?
It is more clearly visible in the photo below because it left its cover and could not hide again before I snapped the photo. I'm sorry the picture is a bit blurry, but it was really hard to see my subject and focus on it -- especially when it kept moving.
I probably would not have been home before dark had not my camera battery died.

Those orange ears gave it away! It's a shame your drought gave way to floods. Has the lake near you filled again?

I love your photos. My house bunnies love posing for pictures, Bramble especially. I am sorry that the wild variety were not as accommodating for your pictures, they sure do move fast when they want to!

I like bunnies and squirrels, except when I'm driving. Those little guys either seem intent on committing suicide or can't figure WHAT they want to do.

It's so nice that you get such enjoyment from being out and about, photographing interesting things!

The bunny appears to have orange ears.
