Our Film Festival Honeymoon Weekend

Our Film Festival Honeymoon Weekend

Just popping in to let you know that I’ll only be here and there for the next few days. The Mr. and I are off to a FAB Film Festival to show his latest AND spend a few relaxing days “taking our honeymoon”.

Yes. We are spending our (delayed) honeymoon at the film fest.

It’s not ideal.

But for us, it’s sort of normal.

We are busy folks. And I’ve been ill for so long that G’s been pulling double duty around here, working, filming, teaching, and doing whatever else to keep us upright.

That’s not to say I don’t do whatever I can whenever I can. But that’s whole nother story and I’m getting off track.

The hubs and his co-director, Dean Merrill shot a short - Detour - back in October (debuted it then too) that is showing at Emerge Film Festival this weekend and we are going to double up and pretend we’re honeymooning too. Sunday we celebrate one month of wedded bliss on top of those 8 years of happy "living in sin"!

So have fun your own wonderful selves while I’m gone. And I will see you soon. :)

Of course I’ll MISS you all. I’m getting just as addicted to this Persona Paper place as you all are. I’ll survive, though. I get to watch indie flicks all weekend and spend time with my husband. How darn lucky am I?

PS: I mean to make this a post but a quick THANK YOU to for making this site so phone friendly - you best be sure I'll be peeping from afar. Well, much as I can, anyway. It IS my "honeymoon" after all ;)

did you say the site is phone-friendly? that's great!
And enjoy your 'honeymoon' :)

It is amazingly so, - there are a few things you can't do from the phone but over all, wicked good from it. I haven't tried posting from the phone (I'm sorta picky about how I post, lol) but the elements are there for that, too!

And thank you :)

Cheers :)

You don't have to just pretend it's your "honeymoon". Enjoy yourselves!
