Want a Google Page 1 search result?

My New Site
I have just bought a site that MAY be able to get instant page 1 Google search rankings for chosen keywords. It has yet to get set up and this will take a few weeks. It is in the area of motivation. I will be putting articles on the site on motivation to exercise, eat less, get fit, lose weight, study, etc.
OFFER
Once the site is set up, I may be able to offer the opportunity for anyone on here to make ONE guest blog post, with one link to a page of your choice in the bio (that is, an "about me" couple of sentences at the end of the article). The article would need to be on something to do with motivation but you can be creative on that, for instance, kasman might write on the motivation for fell walking and link to his blog. corallevang might write on the motivation to keep on going after a diagnosis of cancer or on life coaching and link to her blog. lookatdesktop might write about getting off a particular drug etc, etc. elitecodex or maelou could talk about the motivation to set up a site or take it down, etc. vincesummers could talk about motivation for science or Paulie could talk about the motivation needed to live and work abroad. Most people on here could be creative in some way about motivation.
RESTRICTIONS
- Only registered members of this site are eligible. This is an invitation, not a free for all.
- Only one post allowed.
- The article MUST be family friendly, no adult, hate, gambling or violence, etc allowed; this includes games, videos and firearms.
- It MUST be unique, not copied from anywhere or published elsewhere.
- You must own or have the right to use any pictures or graphics that you include, they must not be skimmed from Google or anywhere else. I could lose my new site if any problems like that occur! If you do not include a picture or graphic, I reserve the right to add one of my choice, probably from Pixabay or Unsplash .
- The link in your bio must not be an affiliate link, it must be to a page of your choice, family friendly. Any links on YOUR page can be as affiliate linked as you like.
- NO SPAM. I reserve the right to refuse any article for any reason or no reason.
- Articles must be written in good English and I reserve the right to do minor editing of spelling and grammar. I am willing to help anyone whose first language is not English.
- I may not publish your article straight away, especially if someone else has written on pretty much the same area.
Your Rights
- The article is your copyright. I will remove it at your request, if you later decide to use it elsewhere but I reserve the right to put up an article with the same title in its place, though NOT the same text obviously - that is your copyright and remains so. Any link I add will then be to a site of MY choosing.
IDEAS
Synonyms
You may want to consider other words linked to motivation like procrastination, time management, personal development, coaching, self development, lifestyle support, overcoming depression, use of exercise, etc.
Stories and Quotes
You may also want to write a personal story on motivation or submit a number of motivational quotes. Remember you can be creative with motivation.
Local Business
Even if you provide a local business service in Anytown, Anywhere, you could write a motivation article on getting your car cleaned or your house tidied or your garden landscaping done and link to your local business site. Remember, the article needs to be helpful , not just promoting your business.
Monetising your article
You may not use an affiliate link in your article but the page you link to (from your bio) can be monetised, indeed it SHOULD be to make best use of this offer, or else it should link to your business page. For instance, you could have an affiliate link on your site (these pay better than adsense) such as Amazon or Clickbank; or you could send customers to your own business, eg coaching, if you are looking for new clients.
ANY THOUGHTS?
This is not set in stone, yet. It is a genuine offer. Happy to take any comments etc. And I may change this page depending on the comments. I will not pay you for your article but if you choose your keyword carefully you have a chance to get your article on page 1 for that keyword. I am willing to help with keyword research. And remember, even if your article doesn't get used, you will have an article written that you can use elsewhere, so take this page as motivation to write an article for yourself!

Thank you. Do you not want to bring traffic to your own site, maybe sell something?

No my website is free of ads and I only want the site to provide information to others for free. I have had people from all over the planet visit my site but I haven't written anything new on it for over a decade. I started at Yahoo! Answers and it took most of my time. Then I was sent an e-mail invitation by them to submit articles for Yahoo! Contributor Network. I did not respond to that invitation for over a year before I finally looked into it. That is where it all began for me. I have been dealt disappointment after dismay and I have come to realize there are too many sites that have poor subject matter, poor SEO, not enough original content but in all cases too much advertising. I have yet to find a balance. HubPages seems to be my best fit for getting my best articles out there. But the interactions at Bubblews and Persona Paper has made a positive difference in my outlook on things.

That's great, congratulations.

You could provide a link to a hubpage if you wanted.

I am absolutely interested, and want to thank you for this offer. I would like to fix my own situation with the blogs. I am in the process of trying to figure out how to get through my blogs, and which direction to go. I may need to email you and ask your opinion about something, if you were willing to give an opinion. I know you tend to be rather reticent. Haha! That was a joke. I am honored to have you ask, and absolutely would love to align with you on this for this one time project. Thank you

You're welcome. I hoped you would. I saw an email from you about a TED talk, which looks interesting, though I haven't opened it yet. I did a review of the site and the offer by updating the original page where I mentioned it. http://howdoimakeawebpage.com/rank-in-google-in-60-seconds/

I just got home. I will think about this. Congrats on your new site. I am wondering if there is some site online in which you can plug a proposed title to an article that will evaluate it for probable high SEO rating and advertising success?
MegL wrote on February 6, 2016, 3:26 PM
Yes, there is and it's free. I looked at it a short while ago. Must see if i can remember the name. It doesn't check SEO but it checks how likely the title is to grab someone's attention. I added it to your new post but here it is again: http://www.aminstitute.com/headline/

What a genuinely gracious offer! I wish you the best of success with your site and most certainly with your revised thesis. : )
MegL wrote on February 8, 2016, 5:48 PM
Thank you. You are welcome to write an article and have it posted there if you want. My thesis required what are termed "minor corrections". I am waiting for the list to arrive from the internal examiner and then I will plough through them as fast as I can.
