Thoughts about the Closing of Persona Paper

We can't say that we weren't warned and didn't see the writing on the wall. If you have been on PP since August of 2015, you should remember the notice sent out by admin elitecodex and Maelou requesting volunteers for PP duties or the strong alternative of the site having to close down. A number of us including myself volunteered, but we never heard any more about volunteers needed for Persona Paper. Still, it was a little shock to me because I had just been paid for cashing out around the middle of January and the site had attracted new members recently.

I will miss writing and interacting on this site with all of my followers. I thank you all for supporting me during the past year. If you desire to keep following me, I am active on Hubpages.com and you can find me there by searching for my name, Paul Kuehn. I am also a little active on Mylot and you can find me there with the user name of pauliek. I am looking for other sites to write on, and I appreciate all of the suggestions I have received from recent PP posts.

Good luck to everyone in your future writing endeavors!

I am not a member of those sites. I am always on and . I posted about bitLanders including links of my blog posts rated 5/5 Star so you have ideas what kind of blog/articles bitLanders wants. We earn base on our activities and RATINGS there. My blogging has improved there because there is an option to submit video, blog and gallery for review. My first blog post was rated 3/5 star only. Now I do my best to post 1000 or more words with videos, pictures, links, etc. :)

There is https://www.tsu.co/SimeyC which is more like a social website that pays (not a huge amount for the average user, but more for those who can get others to join) - as a writer I find it fun to share content with like minded people. It's a young site and I think as the 'groups' begin to form there could be increasing revenues. There are lots of poetry and writing contests that can earn you a little money too! I'm not there for the money - I've met some very artistic and creative people.

If they have Adsense account, Persona Paper may survive.
As it is , without Adsense account, it is extremely tough to make enough online to pay the writers.

Since I only have about 8 hub at HubPages I do not have any followers. I can't even find anyone I know there. I need to learn how to navigate that site. I recently wrote an article there but it was not up to standards so I edited it some and added a picture to the article. So far it has been published but I am reluctant to find out what the stats are. HubPages require more discipline. I don't feel like hunting down another site to write for as I am worn out, mentally fatigued as it were. I will continue to write here and keep up until the final day. Then I will work on my articles at HubPages and work more on my blog. http :// www . lookatdesktop . com It was good to know you Paulie. If you ever want to chat you can visit me at my Facebook wall. Just type in https :// www . facebook . com / lookatdesktop
I forgot about my latest article at HubPages: http://hubpages.com/autos/Sunday-Driver-Crash-Into-Our-House-on-a-Sunday

I too felt the site was not doing well more because of there being no upgrades or any presence of Admin. I had good innings here.

Its true. I wonder when will personapaper will shut down automatically. But I hope not. I can use this as my personal breather. I still pray it will still go on.
