Lovers Chair!

My photo is of my mother and fathers chair which I have it now.

My parents bought this on one of their holidays and when they returned dad put it together and he oiled it to protect it against our dry heat.

It used to live out the back yard under their veranda.

They both use to sit on it and have a cuppa and chat as it doesn’t matter the weather as it was fully protected under the veranda so they could still enjoy it.

There used to be two cushions but there is only one now.

I think they use to call this type of chair a Jack and Jill seat.

It is always nice to have something to remind you of the good times.
