An Unexpected Amazon Income Payment!
After logging on to my online banking site this morning, I was pleasantly surprised seeing that I had received a miscellaneous income payment from Amazon.com . Although the payment was for only $4.33, it still helped making my day!
This is the first payment in almost five years that I have received from Amazon. Along with Adsense, I have affiliate advertising from Ebay and Amazon appearing on my Hubpages articles.
In the past, I have earned maybe $12.00 from Ebay, but until today, nothing from Amazon.
What is surprising is that I have not placed any Amazon ads on Hubpages articles in a very long time.

That's great. My unexpected payment from amazon was *drum roll* 34¢. Yes, I will report this income, but I'm not going to set aside my customary 20%. I think I can cough up the funds when the time comes.

I know that was a nice surprise. I am always glad to see royalties from book sales on Amazon show up in my account, though it is often not as much as it once was.
