SUV is fixed now
After all the trouble we had with trying to jump start the battery in my SUV on Monday, Tuesday we decided just to pull the battery out and have it tested. At this point we were fairly certain that the battery had gone bad (after 7 months). Wednesday on my way home I stopped at Advance Auto in Galion to have it tested. They started the test and it said that the battery had 0 cold cranking amps but it said it needed charged to be able to determine if the battery was good or not. I waited around while they charged it for 35 minutes and then tested it again. They got the same thing saying it needed charged again. So I told them that we had tried for an hour and a half and never got a lasting charge. Unfortunately the manager wasn't there and I had to wait for it to be charged for another 35 minutes. Luckily, it was charged enough after the second time to get a bad battery code. They replaced the battery and yesterday one of my friends went over during the day and put the battery in and viola the suv started. Wohoo!!!
