I am so never going to be a morning person

You would think that after ghodz know how many years of working 9-6 I would be used to getting up in the mornings. Nope, give me the slightest chance and I am sleeping in.

Going on week 3 of early morning pool and crawling out of bed is still like pulling teeth. Of course it is REALLY dark at 6am, so that isn't helping one bit.

Can't tell yet if the pool is helping. I still hurt, but in more places. But will keep going to classes just so I can sit in the spa for a few minutes afterwards before I go to work. That hot water and jets feel wonderful.

Gotten back on my turmeric therapy. Picked up some last night and mixed it with honey so I can use it in my coffee or tea. Just need to find a decent source of turmeric root so I can use it fresh and grow my own.

Speaking of growing my own, it is getting close to seed starting time. Need to gather everything I need for that. So can't wait.

I can certainly understand your allergy to early mornings. For going on thirteen years now I've had to be to work at 7am, which for me has meant getting up at 5:30.

I wake so early it is annoying so I would love NOT to be a morning person. I hate those early hours when I am awake but not alert enough to do anything.

I am using turmeric to deal with arthritis and other inflammation issues in various joints and tendons. In this case I mix honey and ground turmeric and mix a good teaspoon into either coffee or tea. If I can lay my hands on fresh turmeric root I can make tinctures, as much as I like the flavor of turmeric, the powder doesn't dissolve that well in liquids, so if I don't keep my drink swirled I end up with some serious turmeric sludge at the bottom of the cup.

If I am out camping I like being up early, if only I actually feel in tune with nature. Plus the fishing is really good then LOL!

Definitely. I need to get the shelves built for the kitchen window so I have some place for my starts. I am planning on doing what I did last year. That worked well and now I have some place to plant them I am REALLY looking forward to my garden this year.

It does for me. I tried it the first time not expecting anything to happen. Seems so often that things like this passed around the net are pure hokum. But I had good results. It is just a matter of sticking with it. I do use regular medications, but they are pricey and while they are very effective if I can cut down on the amount I use of those my pocketbook will be happy.

I will never be a morning person again, either. I'm usually awake until sometime after 3 Am and try to sleep until at least 10.
