Yunta Hotel in South Australia!

This Hotel can be found in country South Australia in Australia.

It was opened in approximately 1899.

I took this photo a week ago as I traveled through on my way to Adelaide.

The Hotel provides visitors with meals and accommodation.

The town Yunta was established in approximately 1887 and was a railway town as it is next to the Adelaide to Silverton railway line.

This photo was taken at the park rest area opposite the Hotel where many travellers stop to take a rest on their longer trips.

The rest area is large and has many cement tables and chairs, sheltered area and a toilet block.

I always stop at this particular rest area it is large and always well maintained.

Do you have regular stopping places when you travel?

I think such places are a must for us while traveling. But here such facilities are rare. The photo is good.I see you have a good collection of personal photos.

When we travel to my old hometown, there is a rest stop we ordinarily stop at about ten miles after joining up with the interstate highway. It is a little less than half-way from home to hometown.

I wish I was traveling in Australia and staying at an establishment such as this.
