In the Mood for Romance

Recently, I've been in the mood for romance. Not romance novels, strangely. After weeks of stockpiling reviews and articles for Lover's Quarrel, I'm a little sick of romance novels, and definitely sick of perusing through poorly written books on Smashwords with crappy covers to find the good books that I know are on there, but are buried. I miss my boyfriend, who I haven't seen in a week, and probably won't see until March because we go to college in different states. That's probably why romance has been on my mind. I miss him greatly. But I keep finding myself thinking about it. Not all the materialistic aspects like chocolate and flowers. More like cuddling, hugging, and sweet kisses. I'm definitely going to miss that until I see my boyfriend again.

I like good romance novels and movies. Best wishes to you and your boyfriend when you reunite in March.

Your post puts me in mind of my younger son. His girlfriend is doing a semester of study abroad in Europe and won't be back until May. He's going over to see her on spring break.

May I invite you, the next time you're perusing Smashwords, to take a look at my books available on that site. You may enjoy them. They are not the run-of-the-mill romance stories.

Oh wow, that's got to be difficult. I couldn't imagine being in a different country than my boyfriend. It's frustrating enough for me to be in Boston and him in Maine. :)

I'd love to check out your books. Which one should I start with?

My first book is RIVER DREAM. If you download it on Smashwords before 1/31, use Coupon Code ZG67M and you will receive it for free. The other books in the series are DREAMS CHANGE and DREAMS ADRIFT.
