Have you voted for the NBA All-Star 2016?

The midpoint to the 2016 NBA regular season is approaching and one of the much-anticipated event for basketball fans worldwide is the NBA All-Star Game.

The league has become popular worldwide and with the advances in technology, we can now take part in the balloting for the players who would make it to the annual event.

These are my choices for this year:

Guards:

  • Jimmy Butler - Chicago Bulls
  • Stephen Curry - Golden State Warriors
  • Klay Thompson - Golden State Warriors
  • Kyle Lowry - Toronto Raptors

Frontcourt:

  • Pau Gasol - Chicago Bulls
  • Lebron James - Cleveland Cavaliers
  • Draymond Green - Golden State Warriors
  • LaMarcus Aldridge - San Antonio Spurs
  • Anthony Davis - New Orleans Pelicans
  • Paul George - Indiana Pacers

I never vote for all-star game because it's a popularity contest (Kobe is the runaway vote getter just because it's his final season) and there is block voting like when KC made an effort to vote its entire baseball team as starters.

I won't be voting but I notice the name Draymond Green back in there again! emoticon

I have never tried voting on something like this. I guess I am not really a sports fan

May be I will surely vote this time, after reading your article. But before that let me study the choices (on google) and then, May be I will vote.

I think fans are happy they would be able to participate in the voting process. They're just for the starters and the rest of the team are chosen by the coaches.

Hi there cheri . It is my first time to cast my vote on this too. I know it wouldn't really count as much but it is cool to be a part of it.

I don't know about basketball that is why your current post got only one like from me... hehe because I really don't know what you are talking about in there... lol! But if I am going to vote... for sure no matter how ignorant I am in basketball... I will vote for S. Curry... hhehee .. not only because he is a great player but he knows how to humble down to God....

Anyway.. about your other post... I think it is better to be with your kids and whole family to be with if you have a nice job here that going abroad... hehehe just thinking.

Thanks for your advice. Stephen Curry's humility is what really endears him more to his fans. Plus, he shoots a lot of three-pointers which I find exciting.

No, I have not voted because I really do not keep up with Basketball and the NBA.
