Dog Squeaker Toy Play

While it was a mere seventeen degrees outside on this captured moment, the sun was shining and it seemed much warmer than the day before. My dog and I even felt like a bit of shadow and squeaker toy play outdoors in the sunshine.
This rubber squeaker toy was a Christmas gift for my dog Valentino, one he appears to love well enough not to chew to shreds. Previous squeaker dog toys did not take long to bite the dust under Valentino's aggressive chewing.
With his Christmas squeaker dog toy , Valentino seems rather protective. At least that is my guess by his barking behavior. Either that or maybe he is mad because it won't come alive and run and play with him. Your guess is as good as mine!
I captured Valentino with the toy on video. Take a look for yourself and give me your best guess: My Dog Valentino and his Christmas Squeaker Toy
Whether inside or out, my dog Valentino reacts the same way with his new dog toy. Because of the barking noise factor I prefer to have him play outdoors with this one!

To a dog a squeaker toy is only temporary. I should really get some shares in squeaker toy factory!

He looks like he is chewing on it in the same way as a bone. I wonder if it has a flavour on it.

It seems to me that Valentino is protecting his toy.

I notice you have leashed Valentino in that picture. Any reason. Does the toy squeak while Valentino plays with it? There are so many factors here that determine what Valentino is up to (lol)

I figure this toy won't last forever b ut it sure is lasting longer than any other squeaker toy with Valentino. Stock in dog toys is a good idea!

I don't know but think I'll pass on the taste test!

I think it is protective behavior too. I took him outside to play with the toy and he behaved the same way. In fact, when a neighbor dog about half a block away began barking, my dog Valentino moved closer to stand over his toy and barked even more aggressively. Too much fun this toy is!

Saw the video.I think I understand why you prefer him to play outside with the squeaker toy.

Oh boy! I really hates when the dogs are barking. It makes me feel scared and as if they will always going to bite me... hehehe... I hope he enjoys his new toy... does he not bother you when he played on his toy?

Now I am laughing at a memory. Whether for child or dog,my Mother used to take the squeaker out.
