Found a Non-Advert?
Corner video
Every so often a little video appears in the bottom left hand corner of my screen. I assume it's an advertisement. I have no idea what it is about because it's someone talking and I always surf with the sound "off" unless there is something I want or need to hear, which is seldom. Hopefully most stuff is written and I can read it to myself a LOT faster than listening to someone talk. That video appears quite often and it is always the same woman talking.
Looked for a Christmas Present
I was looking for a Christmas present for one of my granddaughters. She had expressed an interest in glass painting, so I searched for a kit on that. After I had bought the item, I noticed some "how to" videos at the bottom showing beginners how to do glass painting, so I watched one.
Same Presenter
Lo and behold it was the same presenter. If I see her videos on here again, I will have a listen to see if it is a "how to" (unlikely) or whether it is just another advertisement for what, I do not know!

If you mean that "glass painting" is new to you, it's a very interesting hobby. I did it for a while a few years back. I found a kit on very cheap offer in a local bargain shop, so tried it out. I still have some of the items I painted. I am NOT artistic. It provided templates to follow. I used empty coffee jars for painting. The ones with flat sides are better for beginning, they don't roll about as much.
If you mean the advert, it may be country specific. I don't know.

Not seen that one, but I do spend a lot of time with the sound off. There is something about the way they talk that drives me mad

I always keep the sound off, too, unless I specifically want to watch a video. I would also prefer to get my information by reading.

Sound is pretty much always off on my PC too. Thankfully I don't get those same ads as you. Glass painting sounds like fun and is pretty!
