All the wrong diets
I just came back from one webpage where a person asked for the right diet for her. First, nobody can chose a right thing to eat but you. Or maybe a doctor, or nutritionist. The thing is that you can reduce weight and firm your body simply by avoiding a simple list of the things that can get you fat anyway such as the sugars, artificially produce oils and fats ( usually vegetable oils), sweets, chocolates, extra sweet fruits, lots of meat, too much of the fast food - so, nothing extra ordinary.
And don’t tell me that you need sweets in your life and that your ‘cravings’ are terrible. We all get hungry you know. The only difference is that you think about the food instead something else and something more creative and productive.
Second, the mindset is also to blame. But, nobody can change that for you. You have to be willing to change. If you don’t want to, then do not cry around about getting larger and larger every day. The health conditions are of course excluded from this and people who have prescribed therapy that influence their weight.
