Snow!

We had some snow falling down a few nights ago which was great, that is until I had to go out in it. I hate being cold... I really do hate it. When I get really cold, my asthma kicks itself into high gear and I don't have any inhalers of any kind. The asthma usually kicks in during the winter time and that's it. When I went down to let the pup outside he was a bit shocked. I did warn him that it snowed, but I don't think he actually believed me until he went out in it to do his business. There is still a light layer of snow in the backyard, but the front yard is bare o the white stuff. We are expected to get more soon though and I can't wait. I love looking at it falling down when I don't have to go out in it. lol

I like looking at it too but not going out in it. We don't get that much snow which I am glad of.

I enjoy the snow. I enjoy looking at. I don't mind walking it too much. The thing I really hate is the cold. I don't mind too much if it's minus 5 Celsius, but I hate it if it gets below minus 15.

Yes, nice to look at but I'd rather not go out in it. I remember when our dog (dead long ago, now) first saw snow, because we don't have it very often. She was amazed and then she ran about like a mad thing - she loved it.

We also had a snowfall overnight. Not a whole lot, just about 1 centimeter high but just enough to make me happy. I really enjoy the white stuff. I also admit that I enjoy the cold. The air seems so much fresher when it is chilled. I know that it is not really any fresher but it just feels like it. I also enjoy walking in snow, seeing it fall and covering all the bare branches of trees and especially the reflection of ice and snow in the evening light. By the way I am a Canadian resident, so I am used to snow. What about you Lisa?
