Sleeping rough!

Friends, this is our cat called "Lion" and believe it or not but this is his most favorite position to sleep in!I have never seen a cat who prefers to sleep sitting up like he does.He has been doing this since we rescued him three years ago at age 5 or 6 weeks old and he is still doing

As relaxed as he is here, his whole personality is. He likes to make friends with every living being and nothing frightens him. My other cats run for their lives when I vacuum- he likes to sit on top of it and have a ride while I vacuum. He plays with dogs and cats alike and is so loving to all. He loves the rain and cries to go play in it whenever it rains, so no fear of water neither. I'm sure if we were to have chickens one day, he'd befriend them

By the way, he sleeps like this for hours at a time!

Aww sweet Kitty. We cats know how to get comfy and I approve. Love from Freya, the Catblog Cat and her human. P.S I do the long stretch thing myself.

Very unusual way to sleep but looks funny and cute

Bless him. It doesn't look comfortable, that's for sure.

That does not look comfortable at all. He sounds like a great friend to have

Cats sometimes get into wacky positions but that is the wackiest I have ever seen.

Lion definitely sleeps in a strange position but if he is comfortable that is what counts.

That is amazing, his unusual sleeping position and the fact he likes the water and is so friendly, he is an out going confident cat.

It certainly does not look like a usual position for a cat to sleep. Does he have any aches or pains that you know of?

None that we are aware of and he's been sleeping like this since his kitten days [he is 3 years old now]- not all the time but quite often.

I think everyone could learn a few lessons from Lion :)
What an awesome furry guy :)
