Writing Prompt: Favorite Things About Last Month

Hellooo, everyone. I found a writing prompt (or well, it was part of some year-long challenge), and I want to give it a whirl on here. The prompt is to list your favorite thing(s) about last month.

My favorite things were all the fun events we did throughout October. I think the first one was my brother-in-law’s surprise birthday party at the beginning of the month. It was still a bit warm out, and it was nice to spend the day with everyone, and to do something nice for my brother-in-law. :)

The second event was definitely the visit to Summers Farm with my loved ones. It was sooo much fun. The farm had a hayride through a pumpkin patch, slides, farm animals, hot chocolate, a fireworks show and corn maze. :)

The third event was a small Halloween party at an old friend’s house. Everyone just relaxed, caught up, ate food and went through the big old bucket of candy haha. It was a nice party. :)

The fourth event was Halloween of course. We ordered pizza and got ready for the big evening. I dressed as the Pink Ranger (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers). A bunch of us took the kiddies around Trick-or-Treating. It was exhausting, but a lot of fun. :)

Yep, I definitely had a fun October. It was nice to do some fall-related things, and the gatherings of course. I’m going to get back to my work and I’m watching AHS Hotel later. I don’t think I’m going to post tomorrow, as I have other plans on my writing/blogging schedule. But I should be back in a few days, and I may set aside a day to get back to people, rather than post.
