Forms of Support at Persona Paper
If you've ever felt as if you were floundering at Persona Paper, please know that there are multiple forms of support available. Sometimes it's just a matter of knowing in which direction to turn to find your way back to solid footing.
Official Persona Paper Support
The official method of contacting management is via the "Contact" link in the tool bar at the top of the page. Using this form, you question or concern will go directly to either MaeLou or elitecodex , depending on the nature of the issue. Will (elitecodex) is the programmer and technical side of this husband/wife team, while Heather (MaeLou) handles the non-technical side of things.
Another method of gaining the attention of Will and/or Heather is to mention them within the context of a post or comment, using the ampersand (& ) in front of their user name.
If you're only going to use one of these methods, I'd advise using the "Contact" form.
Also, make use of "How It Works," "Rules" and "FAQ" as often as you may need to. Basic answers can be found in these places and may well answer your question.
Unofficial Persona Paper Support
Posts : There are a number of less-than-official methods to find support, depending on the situation. If you're hoping to find advice beyond the basics explained in "How It Works," "Rules" and "FAQ," often there are tutorials available. Use the "Search" box to find what it available. Two tutorials I've found recently are Kasman " A Gentle Reminder on Proper Image Use on Persona Paper " and AliCanary post, " Who Is Viewing My Posts? Use Your Writing Style to Maximize Your Page Views ." These are just two examples of the many, many helpful posts already onsite.
(Edit 10/24/2015) Another method of finding useful or interesting posts to is click on "Browse" in the tool bar at the top of the page. If it's "Tutorials" you're interested in, then simply click on that heading and you'll see both current and popular posts under that heading. You can do this in any category you wish. ( Thank you to AliCanary for this suggestion)
Community Members : Often other community members can be helpful in getting a question or concern resolved. You might reach out via a post asking for help from the community or go to another member's Profile page and leave a message there. More often than not you will be happily surprised at the response(s) you receive.
Official Persona Paper Facebook Page : Yes, there is an official Persona Paper page on Facebook if you're interested in participating there. It's a closed group, so discussions there will be among other Persona Paper community members and sometimes management. If you have a private issue to discuss with someone, the PP Facebook page is the place to do so as you can private message that person and keep your conversation strictly between the two of you.
There may be other forms of support here that I have forgotten, but I know I can count on you to add what I've missed.

Thank you markgraham . I wrote this especially for newcomers -- we've had 10 here so far this month!

Thanks. : ) I think the FB page is the best place to discuss our concerns with one another and with Will and Heather without negatively affecting this site itself. I'll look for you there!

Miss you, too, and thank you for your support!

Great, helpful article, and thanks very much for the shout-out. I would note for the newbies and oldies alike to click on Browse at the top of the page and then click on Tutorials to browse that category. The latest posts will be on the right and the most popular posts are on the left, so that might be an easy way to find help.

This is a most helpful suggestion. : ) Mind if I edit the post above to include it there?

Thanks for an excellent tutorial. I'm sure that it will be appreciated by all, especially new members.

Thank you Paulie . I, too, hope that this information will come in handy.

Good suggestions. This should be very helpful to anyone needing answers they weren't able to find in the expected places.

Thank you, that was my intention. I know that sometimes the Search box here doesn't bring up what would seem to be appropriate for the terms entered and don't want folks to feel helpless, especially newcomers.

Of course! It will probably be much more helpful there than buried in the comments.
