Growing muscles.

Back in the 2009 i was 47 kg. I am 1,74 meters and as you can imagine, i am a bit skinny. Now in the 2015 i am 61 kg and all the weight i gained comes from all the muscles i gained by going to the gym day after day, workout after workout. I was really too skinny but i am really pleased that now i feel really better with my body. It could seems obvious but our body, our physical aspect, is the base for every interaction between us and other people. I feel really better now, i am far stronger and my body is far better than before. Of course, everything has a price, in this case the price to pay is patient, hard work and a lot of pain. i hope to reach 65 kg before the end of the year, i hope so, i'm working so hard to do so.

Of course, nutrition is a good part of it too. And challenging your body in different ways. I have some extra weight I don't need that I could let you have! emoticon :grin:

Congrats, my son is like you in that he was real skinny and he started lifting weights and was persistent and has grown muscles and filled out nicely.
