Franklin J. Fairy: Car Trouble

Not all of my adventures take me far from home. This past summer, The Man and I had an all day adventure right in our own front yard, well under the carport anyway.

The Woman's mom had car trouble and The Man was going to fix it up for her. It is a good thing I was around because he was having some trouble reaching stuff and figuring a few things out.

Angel Sharum (me) Here I am scoping out the situation. The Man had gotten frustrated by this time. He knew what needed to be done, but couldn't quite figure out how to do it. The Son had even looked online for help with no luck.

Angel Sharum (me) Once I figured out what needed to be done I set about finding the correct tools.

Angel Sharum (me) The Man and I discussing the next step. He wouldn't admit it, but he was glad for my help.

Angel Sharum (me)Getting down to business. I'd never ridden on one of these before. I tried to talk The Man into pushing me around a little bit but he wasn't in the mood. He said he'd throw me around if I wanted. You do remember I said he was grumpy sometimes, right?

Angel Sharum (me) We finally got the old fan out, new fan in and everything else put back together. It was an all day affair, but we managed. I don't know what they would have done without me.

Until next time,

Franklin J. Fairy

Fairy to the rescue. And LoudMan is right, that T-shirt kicks butt.

Glad you were there to help or the car might still be under the car port

Lol, my Dad was also a lineman for his entire working life. He would have loved -- and rocked -- that t-shirt. Franklin, I'm certain your presence relieves anxiety.

That is The Woman's original design. She sells quite few of them on Cafepress.

The Woman is very happy that all of you like her shirt design.

This is true, very true.

The Man has been a lineman for ten years now. He likes it some days better than others.
