Book progress, Earnings progress and why is the office the hottest room in the house?
I have been reading "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" for the last few days, as mentioned in an earlier article. It's been a interesting read so far. I am currently on page one fifty-two. Which looks like it's about halfway through the book. I know from doing a little research on the story that I have not yet reached the "meatier" portion of the book.
I am three cents away from reaching $11.50 in my PP bank, so that's kind of exciting. I plan on being pretty active here the rest of the day. I got my classes out of the way for today early this morning, and actually two of them finish up this week. So that's nice.
I have central AC, as do just about all the houses and apartment buildings in my area, and the rest of the house is fairly comfortable. However the office or spare bedroom is HOT. All the time. It's hotter than any other room of the house. I can't figure out why. The vent in here is open. It should be getting proper air flow. Hmm, it's puzzling.
Hope everyone is having a good day.

The room I work in/sleep in is also the warmest room in the house. It's frustrating, because I absolutely dislike being hot, but without setting the thermostat so low that the other rooms would be cold, there's really nothing to be done.

I have the thermostat set on 69 currently, and its cold in every other room of the house including the bathrooms. But this room is still warm. I don't understand! lol.

Is that the room that is farthest from the unit. If so that would be part of why it is hotter. Hope you stay cool somehow.

Our master bedroom is always the hottest room in our house. It isn't so bad now that the boys' rooms stay closed off with their vents shut.

Nope. We have central air. So all the rooms have vents and the office is the one closest to the actual unit.

I don't know why that particular room gets so little air. I don't spend as much time in it because of how hot it gets in there.

Maybe the vent is clogged or has a hole in it then. That would be the only other thing I can think of

Congratulations on the progress you have made in less than three months on PP. Looks like you will be cashing out in less than two months from now.

I was going to comment on this earlier but, then the full page ad thing kept happening again and again and again, until I forgot the comment I kept having to re-write.
