Themes Memes And Lunch Salad

Actually I'm surprised I'm writing anything after staying up late binge watching Narcos on Netflix. Earlier I updated some blog posts and read a bit on an "escaped cult" blog. Amazing what people go through.

I started watching "Manhattan" on Hulu while doing a Slow Burn exercise routine instead of my lately habit of Classical Stretch with Miranda Esmonde White. Who was in my school class, sorry about the name dropping. Great workouts!

Slow Burn is an extra slow motion mode of weight lifting. I still do push ups against the wall. I doubt that will ever change ha ha.

Now I'm hungry and am eating a Lite Feta Cheese with black olives greens and herbs and an avocado with home made olive/hemp oil/lemon juice/garlic/salt/pepper/cayenne dressing. And some slivered raw almonds for a little crunch.

" Manhattan " isn't as gripping as " Narcos " even though the result of "the project" was incredibly violent. To quote from "Manhattan" -- "we're building a better mouse trap". Mouse trap? Seriously?

I will watch "Narcos" Season 2 when it is released. Colombia is a beautiful country. I agree with a line from the Minister of Justice to the US Ambassador -- (paraphrased) 'You need to deal with this problem in your own country"...cocaine...

I also have a library book to read "Dreamland" by Sam Quinones about the "True Tale of America's Opiate Epidemic". I'll let you know how it goes.
