Front Page and New Strategy
Completing the Front Page

I have managed to complete the front page again. I don't always manage that, in fact only occasionally but when I have the time, I like to try.
On entering PP for the first time in the day or after some time away from it, I read the "recent activity" column to see if I have had any comments o my articles or if there are new articles from people I am following. I don't always have the time to complete that but when I do, I then turn to the front page and start reading from the bottom up (if someone posts a new article, the last one on the page slips off), so I might end up reading more than 50. Because I go through my recent activity list first, I will already have seen and commented on a number of the articles on there. That seems to make it easier because then I can skip some, which always makes the job sem easier!
NEW Strategy
I am now going to write all my articles in Notepad first before posting them on PP. I have been meaning for some time now to create a database of all my articles wherever they are on the internet. There are over 200 on here and it is too big a job to do all those at once, never mind other articles or answers elsewhere, so I will add in all my new ones and then go through my old ones as I have time.

Well, you haven't far to go. I do believe when (if) I reach $20, I'm going to "retire." I do have 2 places where I'm making a bit of money, and I'll have to concentrate my efforts there. The problem is, if all payment is internal, and everyone writes but no one comments, it's all in vain. Some write 7 articles and comment on 1. That is counter-productive to success, if everything is internal.

I admire those of you who approach posting with a plan and a backup plan. My efforts are random and fraught with the possibility of lost articles.

My goodness, you are close to redeeming your earnings! I think your new strategy for first writing in Notepad makes sense. It may be something I do also. Over the years I've lost so many things I've written because I didn't have very good back-up plans.

Wow, you are so close! I hope you are able to get there, soon. I thinking having articles written ahead of time is a major plus--I'm still posting stuff I saved from Yahoo and Bubblews when I don't have the time or inclination to write a fresh post.

That's a great idea but unfortunately, I don't have a big stock as yet, just a few scribblings saved from odd places and that I intended to make into blog posts.

Your coin count is impressive, you're getting really close now! I personally don't worry about saving stuff I write online these days as most of it is not what I'd worry too much about. In the past, when I wrote more seriously online, it was different.

, you just don't get coins for yourself.
