99 Coins to Get to My Goal and a Bottle of Beer

Everybody, now! Let's sing! (To the tune of 99 Bottles of Beer on the Wall)

Ninety-nine coins to get to the goal, ninety-nine coins, that's all! You earn one more, soon two-three-or-four, ninety-eight coins to get to the goal!

Yes, I have $19.01 in my bank! That is 95 percent of the $20.00 redemption minimum.

Twenty days ago, I set a goal to reach my first pay out by my birthday. Not only will I make this goal, I have a good chance at making the stretch goal of 15K coins.

I know that many get a bit discouraged because the coins seem to take forever to add up, but if you keep focused,and have some fun with it, things seem to add up more quickly.

Will you join me in another round?

Now that did I tell you. I said you will reach this goal with no problem. And you are almost there. You can do this in your sleep.

You are doing very well on this. I think it's like a snowball. I tried making a giant snowball when I was in school and as it got bigger, it got harder to push but here on PP, it's as if the snowball is on a downward slope, so if you put in a bit of effort at the start, it gets easier and faster. Hopefully, soon it will run away from you and the coins will be piling up with almost no effort! emoticon :grin:

When I am in University, I get 3 or 4 cups of "filter" coffee each day. At home, I have to make do with instant. emoticon :smile: I couldn't even be bothered asking for one of those skinny things. They remind me of my grandmother's version of tea - milk and hot water with a tiny dash of colour. no point, rather drink water straight from the tap.

ROFL I hear you, MegL ! I remember some of the oldsters who would love to drink their black coffee from clear glass coffee mugs. You could see through them with coffee in them. I remember one of the friends who was a retired Marine and used to call it "diarrhea water," and refused to drink it. (Sorry for the reference, but that's what he called it. )

Thanks, MegL ! I agree. I'm not looking forward to going back to zero, which is why I want to get it to 15K first. I hope I don't have to redeem the whole thing at once like we had to on the B site.

I like eating what is referred to as "sludge". It used to be peanut butter mixed with protein powder and a bit of water. Now it's almond butter but my granddaughter looks at the colour and thinks pretty much what your retired Marine friend said! emoticon :grin:

I would think (perhaps bestwriter could let us know here) that even if you have to redeem the whole lot, that it would not be long in piling up again, a lot faster than if you were starting with a new account.

It all depends on what I can do these next few days when I am working. I am on target to reach the 13,334 by the 26th. We'll have to see re: the 15K.

Congratulations on getting this far! On Persona Paper, you redeem for $20 at a time. Whatever is left over will stay in your bank, and you won't see the tally drop until your request is reviewed and granted emoticon :smile:
