Reading Here at Persona Paper and Still...
Over two hours ago, I started going from the bottom of the list of new articles posted, now that I have found there is a "sorting" feature on the activity breakdown. I do not know how many I have already read and commented on, but as of two minutes ago, I had 50 more to read on my notifications list of what my connections have written and submitted.
One thing that I have noticed, but cannot figure out, is why some on the list are grey-highlighted and others not. It is not every other one, which would make sense as a pattern, but it is pretty random. Might there be someone out there who would have the answer to this puzzle?
I am also happy to report that by doing so, my daily coin average (over my challenge time-frame) has jumped back up from approximately 86 to 96 by the activity this morning. I will write a more detailed progress report later today or tomorrow.
I need to take a break from the computer for awhile. My eyes are weary.

My eyes get tired on the computer too. Far more with flat screens than they used to with the old crt screens.

On my notifications page it is every second post which is highlighted - a regular and unfailing pattern. Strange!

I can understand the need to take a break. I'm trying to read a book in between posting and connecting here. I keep getting drawn back here though. Lol.

I get some that are greyed out or lighter than the others. It seems to me that the most recent ones are bold, the rest are just regular. You are doing great with your coins. You will reach that goal pretty fast.

You're right - i hadn't noticed that before and it's the same with 'Tagged' and 'Comment Responses'. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it. Weird.

Several months ago, I saw a comment from a newbie (don't remember who it was) saying that the print is too small, so I've been using the 14-point font instead of the default font ever since. I wonder if elitecodex might consider increasing the size of the default font for the sake of easing member eyestrain?
