What I Have Been Up To...
Hey there, everyone. I decided to jump on here and post since I think it’s been a few days. I do need to check for comments and answer back, but that’s not going to happen right now. I’m working on some writing assignments, plus it will slow my browser down. You all know I will catch up though; I always do at some point.
The last time I posted was on the 4th of July, and I haven’t done as much since then. I think I went shopping with my best friend on Sunday. I don’t think I did much else the rest of the day. I went out earlier in the afternoon and spent the rest of the day being lazy; it’s all coming back to me now lol.
Monday was a slow writing day, I guess because my clients were coming back from the holiday weekend just like everyone else. I did get in a few assignments and blogging posts (elsewhere), and watched WWE Raw. We babysat until the afternoon, so it wasn’t really a long day or anything.
My best friend was off work on Tuesday (we watch her son during the week) and the job board was slow again, so we took her son and my two younger nieces to the park. It was wayyy too hot to stay super long, so we took them to get Italian Ice. We came home and found out one of the kids’ bunnies (the baby one) had passed away. :( Poor little thing; it was so little and cute. We’re not sure what happened because it was fine earlier that day. My two younger nieces were devastated, so I took my eleven year old niece for a walk to help calm her down (the five year old didn’t want to go). I didn’t do much else the rest of the day.
We didn’t babysit today either, but I just didn’t have the energy to start on my work at a decent time. So here I am, finishing up my last few assignments because I spent a good chunk of my day procrastinating. :-/ Oh well, maybe tomorrow will be better. We are babysitting but I’m sure I can get some work done as well. It’s been a slow week (mainly on my clients’ end), so I want to finish today’s batch. I’m glad was a good amount of work on the job board today. :)

Sad to read about the baby bunny. Kids take such things so personally. Your writing work seems to keep you busy. I know you must appreciate that.

Thanks. It was a sweet, cute little bunny. They're doing better now but they were SO heartbroken. :( And thanks, I'm grateful to be able to work from home.
