The Wonderful Insanity of Two Game Sales At Once

Over the past couple weeks we've had GOG (Good Old Games) and Steam having Summer Gaming Sales at once. That is madness on a scale like I have never seen before. They're both finishing up this weekend and luckily I've had no real major temptations. I call this the sale of, "Well hey I've been wanting this for awhile and it is cheap, let's do this!" and it's all good. No insane stuff like the sales over Christmas and such, yikes those got terrifying. Terrifying I tell you! Craziness abounds on any kind of gaming sale and this wasn't much different. It was more pulling the trigger on a couple games like Toonstruck, Pier Solar, and games from my childhood of Afterlife and Anachronox. Well not as much childhood but more mid teens but close enough. At this age everything is misty eyed memories of childhood even the land of my mid teens. Anyway, I am installing one game now so I shall be catching up with you all later. Gaming awaits me! Till next post!

It's pretty cool to run into two sales. I think my nephew uses/likes Steam. :)

LOL, I feel so old--I don't recognize any of those names! My childhood games were in the actual arcade--the kind you stand in front of, like Astro Blaster and Ms Pac Man and actual pinball machines.
